Big Wheel, sometimes referred to as Big 6 or Wheel of Fortune, is generally the worst game in a casino. You might be better off playing keno online for real money.

Big

The video versions of Big Wheel offer a slightly better payout than the live counterparts. However, there’s still no reason to play this game. The house edge on other luck games, including slot machines, roulette, craps, and baccarat, are usually much lower than Big Wheel.

Big Wheel is generally used at doorways of casinos or in a party pit. The table generally offers no seats as casinos expect it to be more of a game for passersby and not serious gamblers. The house edge for the best bet on a Big Wheel is 10%. Some bets have a house edge that is higher than 20%.

The video version involves a real wheel. The player makes wagers on a touchscreen. A player either pulls the slot handle or pushes a button on the touch screen to spin the wheel. The video version usually has fewer numbers on it and two $50 payouts. This makes it more favorable than the live version in terms of house edge. The attract function on the machine states this over and over when nobody is playing it.

Big Wheel is most often found on the Las Vegas Strip. There are some tables of it downtown as well. Most locals’ casinos do not spread Big Wheel as locals tend to be savvier players that refuse to give up a house edge of this level.

There are plenty of ways to play Big Six Wheel online, where you can find trusted online casinos that offer this game.

Big Six Table Games

I recently learned that many casino games have a maximum payout for the table. For example on Big Six you many casinos have a maximum payout of $2K. I would be pissed if I bet $200 on 40:1 odds, but only won $2K instead of $8K due to this rule.
My question is, what other table games enforce maximum payout limits? I know that Big Six and Three Card Poker have this limit.

What Is Big Six Table Game

At least also Pai Gow Poker at Excalibur.
You can check before buying in. Most tables have a little plaque propped up on one side with the payouts for side bets. In these they also state the max payout par table. Or you can ask the dealer or supervisor.
BTW I assume a max payout per table is for the entire table, not for each player. So in the example above if two players bet $200 on a 40:1 bet, each would get $1,000. Oh, it can also get confussing if there's a progressive bet present. Is it included in the table max or not?
Things like that make me happy not to play side bets ;)

Big Six Table Game

I play Pai Gow Poker primarily and I commonly see maximum payouts for the table of $25,000, $40,000 and $50,000. This would only come into play with very large Fortune Bonus bets or hitting a seven card straight flush which commonly pays 8000 to 1 on the bonus bet. I seem to remember a player being told he was over the maximum bet on his bonus at Ceasars, which could have brought the lesser paying hands over the maximum payouts, but I don't remember how much he wanted to bet.
