4. David Zawada vs Ramazan Emeev
Zawada will fight Dagestani fighter Ramazan Emeev in a welterweight clash. Zawada will end his year-long hiatus from the sport after choking out Abubakar Nurmagomedov back in 2019. He will make his 4th UFC appearance against a 5-fight UFC veteran Emeev.

UFC Vegas 20 prelim card preview
Another UFC Fight Night and another heavyweight headliner is upon us. Last week’s preliminary card sure was entertaining with five out of the six fights leading to a KO/TKO finish, so here’s hoping the UFC Vegas 20 prelims can keep the ball rolling. Here are our UFC betting predictions for the Rozenstruik vs Gane prelim card.
Light Heavyweight: Dustin Jacoby ($1.56) vs Maxim Grishin ($2.52)
Our first prelim bout of the evening brings together Dustin Jacoby (13-5-0, 1-2 UFC) and Maxim Grishin (31-8-2, 1-1 UFC). Jacoby’s last fight was an October 2020 KO/TKO victory over Justin Ledet, while Grishin is coming off an October 2020 victory of his own in a KO/TKO win over Gadzhimurad Antigulov. Both fighters have an array of finishes on their record, but at least half of each’s wins have come from KO/TKO. Jacoby is 9-1 by KO/TKO, 1-2 by submission, and 3-2 by decision in his career, while Grishin is 16-2 by KO/TKO, 6-4 by submission, and 9-2-2 by decision. It is interesting because Grishin usually fights at heavyweight, but this will be his second fight at 205 pounds. We like him to win straight up and continue a streak in the light heavyweight division.
Maxim Grishin to win
Bantamweight: Vince Cachero ($2.43) vs Ronnie Lawrence ($1.61)
Our second contest of the evening brings in two bantamweight hopefuls in Vince Cachero (7-3-0, 0-1 UFC) and Ronnie Lawrence (6-1-0, 0-0 UFC). Cachero’s last fight was an August 2020 loss by unanimous decision in his UFC debut against Jamall Emmers. Lawrence is on a three-fight win streak, with his last contest being a September 2020 unanimous decision win over Jose Johnson on Dana White’s Contender Series. Cachero is 2-1 by KO/TKO, 2-0 by submission, and 3-2 by decision in his career, while Lawrence is 3-0 by KO/TKO, 0-0 by submission, and 3-1 by decision. We like Lawrence to win on his UFC debut.
Ronnie Lawrence to win
Light Heavyweight: William Knight ($1.91) vs Alonzo Menifield ($1.91)
Our third fight features William Knight (9-1-0, 1-0 UFC) and Alonzo Menifield (9-2-0, 2-2 UFC) in another light heavyweight bout. Knight is riding a three-fight win streak, whereas Menifield is on the other side of the coin with a two-fight losing streak. Knight’s most recent fight was a September 2020 unanimous decision victory over Aleksa Camur, while Menifield’s last was a September 2020 KO/TKO loss to Ovince Saint Preux. These are two knockout artists, combining for a total of 16 wins and two losses via KO/TKO in each of their careers. Knight is 8-1 by KO/TKO, 0-0 by submission, and 1-0 by decision over the journey, and Menifield is 8-1 by KO/TKO as well, 1-0 by submission, and 1-1 by decision. We love that this is a pick’em and will side with Menifield to get right and end his two-fight skid. Also consider the under 1.5 rounds at $2.05 with UFC betting sites, as the fight could well be finished by then.
Alonzo Menifield to win
Women’s Flyweight: Alexis Davis ($2.80) vs Sabina Mazo ($1.48)
Ufc 252 Prelims
Our fourth fight of the night features Alexis Davis (19-10-0, 6-5 UFC) and Sabina Mazo (9-1-0, 3-1 UFC). Each fighter is on a three-fight streak, with Davis losing her last three and Mazo winning her last three. Davis’s last fight was a July 2019 unanimous decision loss to Viviane Araujo. Mazo’s most recent bout was a September 2020 submission victory over Justine Kish. Davis is 2-3 by KO/TKO, 8-1 by submission, and 9-6 by decision in her career, with each of her last five fights going to decision. Mazo is 2-0 by KO/TKO, 1-0 by submission, and 6-1 by decision in her career. We like Mazo by points.
Ufc 252 Prelims Predictions
Sabina Mazo by points decision
Welterweight: Alex Oliveira ($2.00) vs Ramazan Kurmagomedov ($1.83)
This should be an exciting welterweight matchup between Alex ‘Cowboy’ Oliveira (22-9-1, 11-7 UFC) and Ramazan Kurmagomedov (8-0-0, 0-0 UFC). Kurmagomedov gets the late notice nod after Oliveira’s original opponent, Randy Brown, was forced to withdraw. Oliveira’s last fight was an October 2020 submission loss to Shavkat Rakhmonov. Kurmagomedov is undefeated as he heads into his UFC debut, and his last fight was a September 2020 submission victory over Trevor Ollison in the Cage Fury Fighting Championships promotion. Oliveira is 12-1 by KO/TKO, 5-5 by submission, and 5-3-1 by decision in his career, whereas Kurmagomedov is 1-0 by KO/TKO, 4-0 by submission, and 3-0 by decision. We like the sports betting odds on Kurmagomedov to win in his UFC debut.
Ramazan Kurmagomedov to win
Lightweight: Alexander Hernandez ($1.52) vs Thiago Moses ($2.67)
Our final prelim bout sees Alexander “The Great” Hernandez (12-3-0, 4-2 UFC) take on Thiago Moses (14-4-0, 3-2 UFC) in a battle of young lightweights that has the makings of a great fight. Hernandez beat Chris Gruetzemacher by KO/TKO last time out in October of 2020, and Moses is on a two-fight win streak after downing Bobby Green by unanimous decision on the same card. Hernandez is 5-2 by KO/TKO, 2-0 by submission, and 5-1 by decision in his career, while Moses is 3-0 by KO/TKO, 6-0 by submission, and 5-4 by decision. We like the underdog to continue his winning streak.
Thiago Moses to win
